Beneficial gains in key areas were made during this critical part of the Department of Education’s rulemaking process in Washington D.C., which has far-reaching implications for all institutions of higher education, including for-profit and community colleges.

Neg Reg 2022’s agenda this year was divided between two committees: the Affordability and Student Loans Committee, or committee one, and the Institutional and Programmatic Eligibility Committee, or committee two.
